Version 1 announces new Resourcing Division

Headed by Suzanne Whelan the division has been set up to provide a high quality service to clients that are typically not provided by standard agency services. To deliver this service, Version 1 has created a pre-vetted pool of fully qualified contractors with skills and experience that are ready to be placed on a variety of engagements with customers.
Whelan says, "We have heard that many of our clients feel that they find it difficult to get a reliable, quality service to help them meet their resourcing needs. Often these needs come about because of emergencies or unplanned peaks of activity so they are urgently looking for a service they can trust."
She continues, "As the employment market has changed and grown, traditional recruitment agencies are struggling to provide the attention to detail and dedicated service that they may have provided in the past. We have set out to remove any doubt or uncertainty that can surround the hiring of resources and provide peace of mind to our clients. Our candidates have already undergone an extensive and comprehensive hiring process in order to be accepted in to the Version 1 network. We have the IT expertise to lead the technical interviews and also cut out any irrelevant CVs thereby reducing client risks and saving their precious time."
Whelan has over 10 years' experience recruiting in the technical contractor market in Ireland and joined Version 1 in January of this year. She previously worked at Curach Consulting as Head of Recruitment for two years and before that was country manager for six years at MSB International.
Previously Whelan was Principal Consultant at CPL Recruitment for five years. She holds a BSc degree in Human Resources from DIT, Aungier Street in Dublin 2.
