We offer a flexible support solution covering reactive on-call and out-of-hours service, augmented by remote and onsite proactive monitoring of systems.

Customer Billing
Airtricity’s billing application uses and contains various custom-built interfaces to other systems such as an electronic statement provider and market-messaging system. Version 1 transitioned the third-party billing application into our Managed Service Practice to provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement services. During the transition process we worked in partnership with the billing software vendor.

Energy Trading
Version 1 won a competitive procurement process to deploy a Windfarm Forecasting and Trading system to support the launch of the Braes of Doune Windfarm. The application has mathematical modelling and graphing components and integrates data from multiple third-party feeds. The system went live in 2006 and Version 1 has since been providing support, maintenance and enhancement services.

Benefit
The combination of remote and onsite support means we can react very quickly to system faults, fixing minor issues before they become major issues and therefore ensuring Airtricity can rely on maximum responsiveness and uptime from their critical business systems.
