Editorial database support
We provide reactive database support on a 24*7 basis covering all database aspects; availability, performance, security, backup and recovery, and business continuity. This support is augmented by daily, weekly and quarterly health checks which identify non-critical issues, allowing us to take remedial action early which ensures system availability.

Financial system support
We provide full support for the Financial Management System used throughout IN&M and its subsidiaries. In addition to providing day-to-day support and maintenance services, we undertake bespoke developments and enhancements, migration of new subsidiary organisations to the system, real-time monitoring, disaster recovery and database management and optimisation and training on the system.
