Solis Trust:
SharePoint Online and Exchange Online Implementation
Challenge
The challenge for Version 1 was to implement a robust child behaviour tracking and information portal and to deploy a fully featured email service without the need for the Trust to maintain an ongoing IT function.
Solution
To meet the Trust’s dual requirements in a cost-effective and flexible manner we recommended subscription to the Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS). This solution gives the Trust access to a suite of messaging and collaboration tools hosted by Microsoft. Version 1 rapidly deployed and configured SharePoint Online to give the Trust the facility to register and maintain a profile of new arrivals to its care centres, record daily incident logs and other necessary information, and manage and retain information on the many employees and service providers working for the Trust.
