Testing

Our dedicated Test consultants act independently of the project implmentation team and have ultimate authority and accountability for the quality assurance. We can also assisst in the User Acceptance Testing process by helping to formulate script, instructing UAT testers in effective techniques, advising on software tools and conducting quality reviews.
Training
The importance of effective training should never be underestimated. The success of any solution is underpinned by the ability of end-users to operate the solution comfortably. Our approach to training is to first understand the audience to which training needs to be delivered early in the lifecycle of the project, not towards the end. People have different styles of learning and therefore training must be planned, structured and delivered in a way that maximises understanding and retention and promotes user buyin. Training must also be supported by appropriate training materials and training channels.
