Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only open to organisations operating in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland with an annual IT spend (capital and current) in excess of €1 Million / £800,000, with at least 2 full-time IT staff and an existing Managed Services Contract with one or more suppliers.
2. Organisations must agree to participate in a Version 1 IT Discovery Exercise to allow us identify potential savings.
3. No cash alternative is available.
4. This offer is subject to availability and Version 1 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate this offer at any time.
5. This offer is valid until 31st December 2010.

*This is a per annum saving based on an annual IT budget of €1M.
