HR Directors' Virtual Roundtable

Join Emer Fogarty, Shadow Board Chair, and Louise Lahiff, Director of Strategy, Planning and Communications at 09:00 BST on Wednesday 23rd September for our Virtual Roundtable for the HR Directors’ community.

HR Directors have been grappling with the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for some time. Implementing initiatives that have a measurable impact from a Diversity & Inclusion perspective has been challenging for Version 1 in the past. This year, we established a Shadow Board comprised of a representative group from across our business with a direct relationship into our Executive Team. The Board is made up of a diverse group of 13 people under 30 and it has been without doubt the most impactful Diversity & Inclusion initiative we have run to date.

The Shadow Board has helped shape our response to Covid-19, has maximised and reinforced the positive impact of our employee experience initiatives and is now working with our Chairman to help steer our corporate strategy. The individual contributors to the Shadow Board have also benefitted hugely from a personal and professional development point of view.

Louise and Emer will present to a small group of HR Directors on the Shadow Board, followed by a group discussion.
