PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description

The role will be part of our ERP Practice, which has over 120 experienced Consultants across Consulting and Managed Services across the UK & Ireland.


Consulting Skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative 
  • Must be confident to work with clients 1:1
  • Team Player, but confident to lead work
  • Creation of Functional Specification to a good standard that can be issued direct to a client
  • Confident in Training other users
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Ability to direct other resources, and manage others’ delivery
  • Strategic thinker to advise clients and promote new ideas

Financial Skills

  • Very good understanding of PeopleSoft Financials, especially the ESA modules (Project Costing, Program Management, Contracts and Billing)
  • Good breadth of knowledge across the whole application
  • Ability to map business process to a system solution, identifying gaps and solutions

Product & Project Knowledge

  • Significant experience in PeopleSoft 9.2
  • Worked on the full implementation cycle (ideally many times)
  • Ideally, worked on application upgrades
Additional Information

You will be required to travel to the UK for a couple of weeks and travel to the Denver or Boston office from time-to-time but you would generally need to support the US office in their time zone.
