Lead Generation Business Development Consultant

Job Description

The role will entail:

- Sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities within the Oracle ERP marketplace through a combination of channels

- Working closely with Sales on qualified opportunities

- Getting involved in our multi-channel marketing, including; Telemarketing, Events, Email Marketing & Content Marketing

- Managing the company CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, to track, monitor, and report accurately on the progress of opportunities

- Creating reports to identify gaps in the market to position Version 1 propositions

We are looking for candidates with:

- Enthusiastic self-starter with a high energy approach and keen to learn about new technologies, capabilities, and leading innovative solutions that can transform customers’ businesses

- Educated to Degree level - Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal - with the ability to engage with senior decision makers in order to present service offerings clearly and concisely

- Confidence and gravitas to handle questions and objections from CTOs, CFOs, CIOs, IT Directors by articulating the value of Version 1 propositions and presenting appropriately - Hardworking, driven, and able to source new opportunities through own initiative (eg LinkedIn), as well as following up on complex incoming enquiries

- Strong desire to succeed

- Excellent ‘can do’ attitude and professional approach

On top of your basic salary, there is a generous commission structure in place for achieving quarterly individual targets.
