Talent Acquisition Consultant

Department: Operations (HR, Finance, Marketing)
Job Description

This role will sit in our Talent Management function and will report into our UK Talent Acquisition Manager. You'll have a close working relationship with your fellow recruiters, HR, and Marketing, across our Redditch, Dublin, and Edinburgh offices.


Primary responsibilities are in direct candidate recruitment and role fulfilment

  • Understand current role requirements
  • Attract and recruit appropriate candidates
  • Direct recruitment focus using social media, professional networking and the use of job boards
  • Identify passive candidates who are a good fit for Version 1
  • Undertake screenings calls with high-quality high-fit candidates
  • Manage an excellent candidate journey throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and role data for reporting purposes
  • Continue to build and manage candidate pipelines for core roles
  • Effectively manage candidate journeys from start to conclusion
Qualifications

This role would suit an experienced IT Recruiter who is experienced in stakeholder management and wants to be involved in a fast-growing company. 

Essential criteria: 

  • Direct sourcing experience including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • IT Recruitment experience with a history of hiring into technical roles such as Developers or Architect
  • Experience of hiring hard to fill roles
  • Experience of Boolean search string
  • Management of multiple high priority roles at one time
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation
  • Happy to report on hiring statuses with management
  • In-house recruitment experience is highly preferred
  • Able to work independently and without supervision
