ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a contract Service Now Developer who will work with us on a 3-4 month engagement, working on creation and/or customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc. Some of your responsibilities will include; 

  • Automate application logic using workflow, scheduled script executions, and inbound and outbound email
  • Automate application processes with Flow Designer
  • Write, test, and debug scripts using the scoped client-side and server-side APIs
  • Use application properties to modify application behaviour dynamically
  • Use web services for outbound and inbound REST integrations
  • Create scripted REST web services to interact with third-party applications
  • Develop and customise  widgets for Service Portal
  • Secure applications against access by unauthorized users and applications
  • Import data from external data sources
  • Analyse data application data
  • Create applications in ServiceNow using AngularJS
  • Develop applications that support Domain Separation
  • Development of technical and support documentation.
  • Certified Service Now Application Developer
This role is based in Dublin, but we can offer this role in a full time remote capacity. So if you are interested, do get in touch. 
Qualifications

Ideally you will be coming with minimum 3 years experience of implementing and/or developing ServiceNow.

  • Experience with ITOM, event management, discovery good to have
  • Experience with Performance Analytics and/or micro certified in Performance Analytics also beneficial 
  • ITIL Foundation certified is a plus
