Windows Application Support Specialist

Job Description
  • ITIL qualifications – service oriented
  • Powershell Scripting knowledge
  • Websphere administration  
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Windows environments
  • Proficient in technical system management, release procedures and system integration
  • Experience in system monitoring, triaging technical incidents and root cause analysis
  • Strong documentation skills – contributions to run book development
  • Installing and configuring third party soft
  • Third level qualification desirable, 2-3 years’ experience is essential
  • Excellent process methodology and be process driven
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive when faced with a challenge 
  • Networking knowledge desirable 
  • Performance monitoring and tuning 
  • Strong customer focus / stakeholder management 
  • Good MS Excel & MS Word skills
  • Cloud computing knowledge
