Job Description

We were creating pipelines of talent but we have now won a significant project with a world-leading investment management company! We are growing and scaling at pace.

Due to the current demand for our new client, we are looking for a Scrum Master to support this client in Edinburgh. 

You as Version 1’s Scrum Master, will be responsible for driving forward the team and fostering an environment of high-performing dynamics, continuous flow, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee the backlog and Sprint Planning, co-ordinate the Story Readiness and Story Estimation as well as the Sprint Ceremonies. You will monitor and report Sprint progress and progress towards major milestone releases.

Essential criteria

  • Experienced Scrum Master
  • Experience of working in Agile Projects
  • Experience of a Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience of Commercial and direct Customer experience
  • Good team motivator
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Interest in developing the Version 1 and our partners Agile Delivery Capability
  • Strong stakeholder management
