Application Support Analyst (eDiscovery)

Job Description
  • Experience in application support 
  • Software implementation, trouble-shooting and application management skills – Change Control & Technical documentation 
  • Scripting (Powershell) 
  • Business Continuity - Site Switches for business critical applications 
  • Incident Management
  • Define operational alerts and associated thresholds for alerting
  • Middleware application server software including Websphere/Weblogic, IIS, Tomcat experience is desirable 


  • Third level qualification desirable, 2-3 years’ experience is essential
  • Excellent process methodology and be process driven
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive when faced with a challenge 
  • Networking knowledge desirable 
  • Performance monitoring and tuning 
  • Strong customer focus / stakeholder management 
  • Good MS Excel & MS Word skills
  • Cloud computing knowledge
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to juggle multiple issues simultaneously 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • High attention to detail
  • BPSS Clearnace Required
