We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud Consulting Practice. As part of this role you will:   

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements of Oracle Cloud Core HR and Recruitment.  
• The projects will involve: 
  • Requirement Gathering 
  • Solution Design
  • Conference Room Pilot (CRP’s) and relevant documentations. 
  • System Integration Testing and Process Flow Testing.  
  • Key User Training (KUT) and Preparation of KUT Guides 
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Preparation of UAT Scripts, 
  • Complete involvement in the Data Migration Activities,  
    • Explaining the client on the DM templates. 
    • Helping the client to fill the DM templates with Error rectifications. 
    • Coordinating with the technical team to complete the Data Migration on time.  
    • Validating and testing the Data Migration Process.   
  • Help the PM in preparation of cutover plan.  
  • You will also be asked to do end to end configurations in different instances (Dev, Test, Prod) and preparing configuration guides. 

• Strong experience of Oracle Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud implementation experience.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC) implementation experience.  
• Wider experience of Oracle Cloud HCM Modules (Payroll, Workforce management, Talent Management & HCM Analytics)  
• Oracle Cloud HCM relevant certifications.

This is a full-time permanent role with travel (when possible). Expenses will be covered.  UK or Ireland base but all Remote working / or hybrid if preferred.
