Job Description
We are looking for a Power Platform Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will plan, design, estimate, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions based on established best practices.
You will work with both development teams and customers, leading technical development teams across various accounts. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of deliverables, ensuring the technical quality of team output, and enforcing standards. You will also liaise directly with customers to gather and refine requirements, and assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform. Additionally, you will provide technical advice to team members.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
- Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements
- Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 first-party applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/TypeScript/SQL Server)
- Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists)
- Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions
- Experience working with ALM strategies for the Power Platform
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
- Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions
- Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
