Job Description

The mission of Version 1’s Talent Development Team is to enable all employees to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to grow in their careers and deliver customer success. We achieve this through our employee-centric, competency-based career development model – ‘Pathways’. This role offers the opportunity to understand and contribute to the operational side of Talent Development within Version 1.


  • Own and implement our employee-centric, competency-based career development model – ‘Pathways’.
  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System and Talent Development System.
  • Build and maintain relationships with system vendors to ensure optimal use of systems and stay updated with system changes.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations for various audiences, ensuring high-quality communication and persuasion.
  • Document and map business processes and solutions using standard procedures, methods, and tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement, specify requirements, and implement recommendations to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Management Team and Heads of Departments to maintain partner status.
  • Maintain and build the Roles Library/Framework and Skills.


  • Understanding of technology and IT systems.
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other talent development software. 
  • Knowledge of performance management systems i.e. Small Improvements, Success Factors, or similar. 
  • Preferable: Experience with both large-scale and smaller IT projects, including defining and designing business solutions.
  • Active listening skills to understand employee needs and feedback
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities to collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Ability to plan and schedule own work, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex processes and concepts to non-experts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to the Dublin office so you MUST be commutable to Dublin. Given the urgency, no work permits will be comsidered.
