The client engaged Version 1 to deliver automation process to help streamline business processes.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Challenge<\/h2>\n<p>This client was faced with a challenge in their HPE Cloud Service Automation solution and operational processes.Overly complex service designsnecessitateda labour-intensive, error-prone, operation to roll out new functionality in HPE CSA and HPE OO to their global infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The opportunity was to reduce the complexity, and use automation to accelerate the time to deploy updated functionality, thus leaving more time for testing, reducing rework because of errors, and reducing the labour effortrequired.<\/p>\n<h2>Solution and Real Difference Delivered<\/h2>\n<p>Version 1 worked to; simplify HPE CSA Service Designs to use external data rather than hardcoded data, develop new HPE CSA resource selection process.
