The ambition was simple \u2013 theoretically, if not in practice \u2013 to create a superior digital experience that would empower clients and set the bank apart from rivals.<\/p>\n<p>Such ambitions, however, require a premium partner to help deliver them. Premier Banking engaged Version 1 to supervise and implement its digital transformation programme. The programme was central to the bank\u2019s strategy to grow its share of Ireland\u2019s wealth market based on delivering brilliant customer experience and, in turn, sustainable profit growth.<\/p>\n<p>Our brief was to deliver a next-generation platform to help the bank gain market share by differentiating itself from its competitors with a cutting-edge digital platform. Premier Banking\u2019s tech transformation would be the silver bullet for its growth plans over the coming years. Ultimately, the bank needed a future-proof solution to accelerate innovation and deliver a world-class customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>We deployed our Digital Acceleration Platform (DAPx), a framework designed to modernise and optimise cloud systems. DAPx paved the way for secure, high-performance architecture using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Architecture. In addition, we worked closely with the bank to reengineer its development and operations processes, allowing it to shift towards a rapid-release model. This gave the bank the ability to adapt and add new features quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Our partnership has supercharged the bank\u2019s digital transformation. Its team rolled out an insurance application in MvP form in just six weeks through a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.version1.com\/services\/\">DevOps delivery model<\/a>, with product delivery and customer integration in four and a half months. Application features include secure login, car registration lookup, insurance cover selection, quote retrieval, and credit card payment integration. The application plugs directly into multiple insurance providers\u2019 systems to provide a wide range of choices for customers.<\/p>\n<p><b>What we did<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborated with the bank to define a strategic technology roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Leveraged our Digital Acceleration Platform (DAPx) to design a highly available and secure cloud-based architecture using AWS<\/li>\n<li>Implemented a DevOps model for rapid software delivery and integration<\/li>\n<li>Developed a robust insurance application for seamless customer-facing interactions<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced security and streamlined payment processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are trusted by leading global brands to deliver IT services and solutions which drive success.
