In his interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesspost.ie\/author\/siobhanmaguire\">Siobh\u00e1n Maguire<\/a>, Jarlath outlined Version 1\u2019s commitment to achieving gender balance across our offices.<\/p>\n<p>The piece echoed our internal sentiments which are dedicated to constantly learning and improving in order to achieve gender-balance within our organisation. Our commitment to driving and fostering Diversity &amp; Inclusion is central to achieving a great workplace and delivering well-rounded diverse business solutions. \u00a0While we are not where we want to be yet, we believe with consistent effort and change, the dial will continue to move towards a more equal workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Evidencing these initiatives, we were delighted to be certified as one of the first companies to receive a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.version1.com\/blog\/4th-best-workplace-ireland-2019\/\">Great Place to Work for Women in Ireland<\/a> award earlier this year.
