It is a particularly proud milestone as it is the first year that Version 1 has been named as a top UK Best Workplace having only entered business in the British market six years ago. Going from strength-to-strength, the company is enjoying continued growth having also been named the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.version1.com\/blog\/4th-best-workplace-ireland-2019\/\">#4th Best Large Workplace in Ireland<\/a> earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>The Great Place to Work\u00ae ranking assesses employees\u2019 perspectives on leadership, innovation, inclusion, organisational culture, and trust. It is therefore a source of both pride and delight that Version 1 has received such an accolade; we are thrilled that our UK workforce ranks us so highly as an employer. Throughout our journey in the UK, we have grown rapidly to almost 500 employees, which has meant that our company culture and values have had to scale alongside us. However, we have always made a huge effort to focus on maintaining our core values and building a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.version1.com\/news\/excellence-in-diversity-and-inclusion-award\/\">culture<\/a> of trust and empowerment for our people and ensuring we provide the best workplace possible.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to attracting and retaining talent, we also understand that a continued commitment to our employees\u2019 development and happiness is paramount. This involves providing our employees with the tools and experiences they need to be successful both professionally and personally on an ongoing basis.
