Version 1 is delighted to be shortlisted as one of the Top 5 Large Enterprises on Jobbio’s #WorkHappy100 list. #WorkHappy100 celebrates Ireland’s Happiest Workplaces and showcases companies that have gone above and beyond for their employees.<\/h2>\n

It is a particularly proud milestone as Version 1 was nominated by our own employees, validating our continued commitment to establishing a great place to work for all of our people. Throughout our journey, we have grown rapidly to 1300 employees across three countries which has meant our company culture<\/a> and values have had to scale alongside us. However, we have always made a huge effort to focus on maintaining our core values and building a culture of trust and empowerment for our people. For this reason, we are delighted to see the results of many of our peoples\u2019 efforts reflected through the #WorkHappy100<\/a> nomination, and we would like to share the key areas where our people have worked tirelessly to make Version 1 a happy workplace.<\/p>\n

According to Jarlath Dooley, this can be achieved through even the simplest of changes. Speaking to the Sunday Business Post<\/strong><\/a>, Jarlath affirmed that: \u201dIt simply isn\u2019t enough to recognise that there are issues in how companies think, communicate and engage; it must then implement initiatives to change behaviours and culture.\u201d This means inclusivity across race, gender, age, religion and identity in order to make Version 1 a better, happier workplace for our people.
