What does ASPIRE stand for?\u202f<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

A is for Automating Efficiency\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The A in ASPIRE<\/strong> stands for automating\u202fefficiency. This reflects our commitment to using world-class automation processes and\u202ftooling as part of Version 1’s managed services. <\/p>\n

Our automation strategy is built around the\u202fconcept of automate first, self-service next,\u202fand manual intervention last. Really what that means\u202fis that we look for every opportunity to automate\u202frepetitive error-prone or highly intensive\u202ftasks. Most importantly, it means we’re not advocating\u202fautomation for automation’s sake but only where\u202fit makes good sense for our customers to do so.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Separately we leverage the investment\u202fand capabilities our world-class\u202ftooling and platforms provide to\u202fallow our customers to complete\u202ftasks themselves without the need for\u202fextensive manual Version 1\u202finput.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Essentially, we’re trying to remove\u202fmanual intervention as much as possible\u202ffrom the day-to-day application\u202fsupport maintenance activities,\u202freserving that effort for higher-value\u202fwork where our consultants can use their\u202fexpertise to make a real difference\u202fto our customer’s businesses.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n

Streamlining user experiences<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The S in ASPIRE<\/strong>, which stands for\u202fstreamlining user experiences,\u202fis concerned with putting users back at the\u202fheart of what we do in managed services. This is something that will help our customers stay\u202fahead in terms of modern user expectations. It also means designing systems with user experience\u202fin mind from the get-go. This is done by using\u202finnovative technology such as RPA<\/a> and AI Ops to\u202fincrease response times and provide intelligent\u202finsight and operational data activities that are likely to improve user experience levels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

User experience is considered such an\u202fimportant facet of managed services today\u202fwe made the important decision to tie it into our\u202fvalue level agreement (VLA) approach. It is certainly\u202fsomething we’ll be looking at going forward\u202fwith our ASPIRE managed service customers.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n

The P in ASPIRE<\/strong> stands for protect\u202fand secure. We’ve all seen the ransomware\u202fattacks on organisations such as the HSE<\/a> in Ireland and how that crippled the national\u202forganisation both operationally and financially. Now more than ever as technology\u202fand innovation advances at pace,\u202fwe need to ensure that security also keeps pace for our customers.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n

Version 1\u202fis an ITIL<\/a> aligned, externally\u202faccredited ISO organization. We undergo regular\u202fvigorous audits for world-class information\u202fsecurity certifications. We invest heavily in\u202fmaintaining our strong position as a leading\u202fmanaged service provider to ensure a strong,\u202frobust service offering and most importantly\u202fto offer peace of mind to our customers.<\/p>\n
