Only queries sent by the designated contacts in the IBM SPSS Academic agreement i.e. the College/University IT team, can be answered by our support team. We will not be able to assist with you directly under ANY circumstance.

  • To find your lock code go to the application’s installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\25), search for the application “echoid.exe” on the search bar and run that application. E.g. 4-2CEEB
  • If you received any error messages please copy and paste the information into this box. E.g.: Error # 7001 There is no license for SPSS Statistics. This command not executed. Specific symptom number: 18 .g. Statistics 25, Modeler 18.1
