The Version 1 Innovation Labs developed ‘Scout Smart FAQ’ to address our customers’ concerns, integrating their IT systems with our innovative Chatbot technology solution to deliver a consistent response to employees and increase operational efficiency.
As this solution was taken into Beta with other customers, Version 1 learned that these concerns are also found in our customers. One example of this is a customer receiving many internal queries when onboarding new helpline staff who were concerned about not knowing the the right answer, giving the wrong answer, giving an inconsistent answer and or taking too long to revert with an answer.
As such, Scout – Smart FAQ is now offered by Version 1 to enable our customers to deliver a consistent response to internal stakeholders or external website users, depending on their individual requirements.
