The key to Innovation is that you can't just tell people to go and innovate, it just doesn't work like that. You have to create the space and opportunity to allow people to fail. So what we've done is created a process that allows small teams to self-create and self-generate, getting to play with different tools such as Facial Recognition, Biometrics, RPA, Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI to see if there are ways that they can deploy those in productive environments.
