Version 1 Acquires Patech Solutions; third UK acquisition
Ireland’s leading IT consulting and managed services company, Version 1, has today (Monday, 12th January 2015) announced the acquisition of Birmingham based company, Patech Solutions Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Patech has invested considerably in providing value added services that deliver to its clients. The acquisition will see Version 1 strengthen its position as the leading Oracle partner in the UK and Ireland. The acquisition will embrace Patech’s set of offerings including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion.
