Version 1 recognised at the 2015 gradireland Awards
On April 30th almost 600 of Ireland’s graduate recruiters, course providers and influencers came together in the Round Room of the Mansion House, Dublin to celebrate achievement and innovation in the graduate recruitment area. Version 1 is the proud recipient of the gradireland ‘Best Student Marketing Campaign’ bronze award 2015. This award recognises innovation and creativity in the design, planning and implementation of Version 1’s student marketing campaign ‘Breaking Grads’. The category was judged by an expert panel comprised of advertising and media experts from the world of print, online, digital and social media. As a pilot campaign style, Breaking Grads has proven to be very successful with over half IT graduates in Ireland applying for the graduate programme. In total, Version 1 hired 43 graduates. In a very crowded IT space, Version 1 crafted a campaign which stood out from the crowd, promoted its unique personality and was relatable with its target audience.
