Version 1 is delighted to announce its appointment as the Oracle E-Business Suite Managed Services partner for Channel 4 on a multi-year contract.
Working closely with Channel 4’s in-house support team, Version 1 will provide ASPIRE-led Oracle E-Business Suite Managed Services across functional, technical and database administration (DBA) support for Channel 4’s core finance application.
ASPIRE is Version 1’s next-generation managed services model, tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. The service delivers a proactive, value-led approach focused on continual service improvement and long-term business outcomes.
This appointment follows a series of significant managed services successes for Version 1, including engagements with the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) and the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
