Birmingham Careers Open Night
Venue: Suite 3 D&E, Third Floor, 31 Temple Street, Birmingham , B2 5DB, United Kingdom
Date: Wednesday 20th May 2026
Time: 5.30 – 8.30pm
Come and see what it looks like to work on transformation that matters:
Version 1’s Transformation Design Group (TDG) is a team of nearly 300 specialists who design how organisations transform. We work across a range of verticals including central government, education, insurance and manufacturing, bringing together analysis, design thinking, human-centred approaches and change management to deliver transformation that works for people and organisations alike.
Our work spans digital strategy, service redesign, organisational change and AI adoption. The problems are complex with clients who are serious about change.
On the night, you’ll hear short talks from people across TDG and Version 1, then spend the rest of the evening in conversation with our consultants and practice leads. This is your chance to ask us questions and find out about the work we do.
If you have three or more years of experience in User Research, UX or Interaction Design, Content Design, Service Design, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Product Management or Business Analysis, we’d like to meet you. We welcome people from agency, in-house and consultancy backgrounds and value the different perspectives each brings.
Please fill in the form below if you’d like to come and our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to arrange next steps.
We look forward to meeting you!
