Celebrating Key Milestones Ahead of Microsoft Inspire 2019
Microsoft Inspire takes place on July 14th-18th in Las Vegas, Nevada
Microsoft Inspire is an event where Microsoft partners such as Version 1 meet to connect, collaborate and celebrate as one community. With thousands of partners from over 130 countries, attendees are guaranteed to find inspiration from shared experiences and insights. As a highly accredited Gold Microsoft Partner, Version 1 will be keeping a close eye on all the upcoming trends and announcements that can help accelerate our customers’ businesses over the coming year.
Last year’s Microsoft Inspire event gave attendees an in-depth view into topics such as Cloud Transformation, AI and DevOps, and this year’s event is promising Microsoft partners insider access to topics that drive real business growth. Version 1 is keen to see what is in store in terms of trends and technologies that can make a real difference to our customers’ businesses.

3. Version 1 Announced as Finalist in the Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards 2019
Last month, Version 1 was announced as a finalist for the 2019 Microsoft Partner of the Year Data Estate Modernisation Award.
The Data Estate Modernization Partner of the Year Award recognises partners that deliver outstanding solutions based on the Microsoft Data Platform. Finalists have empowered a customer with a solution that takes advantage of the leading capabilities of Microsoft data platform across on-premise and Azure for mission critical applications with a focus on high availability, performance or high scale or hybrid applications leveraging SQL Server and/or a set of Azure Data services.
Version 1 was honoured to be placed among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
4. Gold DevOps Certification
Last, but certainly not least, Version 1 is delighted to announce that we have gained our Gold DevOps Competency. Microsoft’s DevOps Gold Competency displays an ongoing commitment and understanding of the DevOps frameworks as they relate to Microsoft products. All Microsoft DevOps partners can assist in streamlining DevOps deployment in your application lifecycle. However, those gold competencies have displayed DevOps knowledge, recognized through a series of rigorous examinations. DevOps is a combination of people, tools, and processes that help businesses breed collaboration and agility into their software development lifecycle. Microsoft offers a broad range of products that help facilitate this process.
Version 1 earning a Gold Competency in Microsoft DevOps demonstrates that our business understands both the tools and the processes necessary to help our enterprise customers and public sector organisations grow into a robust, mature DevOps framework via the utilisation of Microsoft’s toolkit.
Stay tuned for more updates from Version 1 from Microsoft Inspire next week!
