Our employees get 24 days leave allowance plus national bank holidays. And for those who have personal goals and ambitions that they want to achieve outside of work, we offer up to 13 weeks of unpaid leave allowance too. We also offer additional types of leave for your moments that matter including wedding leave, parental leave, reproductive leave and special leave.

Our Success Scheme is unique to us, enabling our people to be company shareholders. Points (which represent a shareholding) are accrued based on an individual’s time with us and these will be realised when we reach our next significant growth milestone. Since 2011, Version 1 has paid a bonus every quarter. The scheme is designed to reward your performance and to recognise your positive impact on the business in any quarter, therefore, the better you perform, the higher your profit share amount!

Pension

We encourage all employees to save for their future through our company pension scheme managed by Aviva. Under the Version 1 scheme, we will match your 5% contribution with a 5% contribution. Our scheme operates through salary sacrifice, enabling additional tax savings, with the option to contribute more if you wish.

Private Healthcare

Our employees in the UK & NI have access to private healthcare provided by Bupa. With this, you will also get access to Bupa Digital GP & 24hr helpline to experience counsellors. Version 1 will cover the full cost of your premium and there is no excess to pay on any claims made. You can also add your spouse and children (Under 24) at a discount.

Electric Car Scheme Partnering with Octopus to introduce a salary sacrifice lease scheme to save you money on a brand‑new electric car. Cycle Scheme Allowing you to obtain a new bike through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice, typical saving of 26%–40% on bikes.
