Key Challenge

This client was faced with a challenge in their HPE Cloud Service Automation solution and operational processesOverly complex service designs necessitated a labour-intensive, error-prone, operation to roll out new functionality in HPE CSA and HPE OO to their global infrastructure. 

The opportunity was to reduce the complexity, and use automation to accelerate the time to deploy updated functionality, thus leaving more time for testing, reducing rework because of errors, and reducing the labour effort required. 

Solution and Real Difference Delivered

Version 1 worked to; simplify HPE CSA Service Designs to use external data rather than hardcoded data, develop new HPE CSA resource selection process.  Automate HPE CSA and HPE OO content deployment, configuration and testing of builds. 

This has resulted in the client being able to reduce the effort to roll out new cloud and automation functionality from 8+ man days to a few hours.
