Join our brand-new Claude Cowork event, the first in Dublin, delivered in partnership with Anthropic. At the event, we’ll demonstrate what Claude Cowork can do for your department’s everyday work, connecting it to the tools and information your team already uses. You’ll leave with a shortlist of ideas for your first use cases, a plan for how to drive adoption, and a clear view of how to budget for and manage the cost.
Who this is for
This session is for heads of department and functional leaders who want to understand how Claude Cowork fits into their teams’ work. No prior experience with Claude or AI tools is required. You will not write code or configure systems on the day.
What we’ll cover
The session focuses on Cowork and how you and your organisation could use it, what other implications you need to consider such as security and what it costs to run.
Introduction to Cowork. Understand what Cowork does, how it differs from a chat assistant, and where it fits in a department’s daily work.
Guided demonstrations. Watch Cowork handle everyday tasks with each demonstration showing the task from request to finished output, and notes how much work each step involves.
Connecting tools and information. See how Cowork connects to the applications and documents your team already uses, and what each connection allows it to read or change.
Initial use cases and next steps. Identify two or three tasks in your own organisation that suit Cowork.
Security, budget and tokenomics: the leadership view. Explore at a high level the questions leaders need to answer before wider adoption, including data access, approval, oversight, and how usage is measured and costed.
What you leave with
- A clear understanding of what Claude Cowork does and where it fits
- Two or three use cases from your own department, with a first step for each
- A working knowledge of tokenomics and the factors that control cost
- A simple adoption approach with an understanding of wider considerations such as security and driving a return on the investment

Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. The session is designed for leaders with no prior experience of Claude or AI tools. Tokenomics is explained from first principles.
Can I bring a colleague?
We’ll have limited spaces for the event so please check with your Version 1 or Anthropic account team. Everybody needs to register for the event and will be approved based on the suitability of the event for their role
Will the materials be available afterwards?
Yes event content and information will be shared after the event, you will also have access to the Version 1 team to discuss any further insight you need on Cowork and the wider Anthropic solutions.
Will there chance to network?
