Job Description
  • Develop and implement Power Platform/Dynamics 365 solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers
  • Engage with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical delivery aligns with solution design/project plans, showcasing technical expertise and knowledge of the technology
  • Lead development teams responsible for the development and implementation of Power Platform Solutions
  • Work with business end-users to elicit requirements & assist in developing design specifications to maximise the benefit of the Power Platform.
  • Lead the technical delivery of the solution ensuring the designs meet architecture and customer requirements that fully exploit the capabilities of the Power Platform and ensure that best practice methodologies are used throughout to ensure excellent quality delivery.
  • Deal with other stakeholders / end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, Business Analysts, testing etc.
  • Manage and mentor the team through the project delivery
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365/Power Platform (Configuration and Customisation)
  • Model-driven apps
  • Power Pages
  • HTML, JavaScript, Liquid, CSS
  • Power Automate (Flow)
  • Data Migration
  • .Net Plugins
  • PCF components
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft stack such as MS SQL Server, .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C#
  • System integration (with Dynamics e.g. using APIs)
  • Experience with development frameworks (SCRUM/Agile)
  • Knowledge of Azure an advantage
  • Client facing experience and ability to talk to senior stakeholders including gathering requirements
