This is an opportunity to work within our new client, collaborating across the business and support Version 1’s service. This client is driving forward on a digital transformation focused on the full spectre operating model with future growth in mind.

As the Lead, you will be responsible for leading the operating model design workstream for the Aladdin middle office. This will encompass governance, process, data flows and technology. You will be delivering a scalable system, which supports business growth. 

You will be doing a wide variety of activities including:

  • Lead workstreams, workshops and design of the Target Operating Model 
  • Collect and analyse current processes
  • Assess and develop options and preferred direction
  • Support business cases work
  • Lead and support the go-live

Essential criteria:

  • Experience in the investment management industry
  • Middle Office process and system experience
  • Target Operating Model lead experience
  • Experience of asset management governance, organisation redesign and process reengineering through automation 
  • Creating, editing and presenting experience
  • Exposure of developing financial business cases
  • Experience working in a Senior BA role and the ability to Lead
  • Working experience of Excel to a high level 
  • Experience of Agile and working in a Scrum team

Preferred criteria:

  • Aladdin by Blackrock experience
