What does the Version 1 interview process look like?
The typical Version 1 hiring process consists of 2 rounds. Both are conducted over MS Teams. The first round is generally conducted over MS Teams, it will be a technical interview with the Hiring Team, followed by a culture fit interview, mostly conducted by the Hiring Manager/ HR. On occasion with certain roles, we may have an option to invite you in for a face-to-face interview to meet the team which will also provide you an opportunity to see your local office.
As part of the initial process you will also be asked to complete our Thomas International psychometric assessments. Your dedicated Talent Acquisition Recruiter will explain these to you on the initial call.
I am not located near any of the Version 1 offices. How will you interview me?
Since the pandemic 100% of our interviews switched to virtual.
We are very flexible in terms of interviews. Face to Face interviews can be arranged if you prefer. We generally use Microsoft Teams or any other suitable video software.
What should I wear to the interview?
Even in these ‘working remote’ times, we would ask you to dress appropriately for any interview. Smart casual is our advice – we encourage you to bring your authentic self.
