Answering your common queries and questions about the Version 1 hiring process.

If it has been more than 6 months since your original application you are free to re-apply.
The typical Version 1 hiring process is 3-4 rounds, comprising of a phone interview (technical), Hiring Manager interview and HR interview (and, if required, an interview with our customer). We also ask applicants to complete our Thomas International Assessments (psychometric) prior to meeting face-to-face.
After initially applying to Version 1, you can expect to hear back from our Talent Acquisition Team within 2-3 business days. Further into the process you can expect feedback on your interviews within 1 to 2 weeks.
The Version 1 hiring process usually takes 2-3 weeks from initial application to final interview. Each interview will be 30-45 mins in length (but could run longer).
Thomas International is an online psychometric test that comprises of 3 individual assessments: PPA (Personality Profile Assessment), GIA (General Intelligence Assessment) and HPTI (High Performance Trait Indicators). For senior management and leadership roles there is also an additional test, the TEIQue (Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire).
We base our technical interviews around your skills, competencies and experiences. As such, there are no set questions. In advance of your interview we would always recommend going through the initial job specification and the company details.
Sometimes – it depends on the role. Should the role you applied for require a technical test you will be advised of this in advance, and what to expect.

We advise applicants to wear business formal attire to all of our interviews.
We are very flexible in terms of interviews. We generally use Skype for Business for interviews for people not located near our offices.
