The Market Guide is published by Gartner in recognition that moving to Oracle solutions, products, and software on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) requires specialist strategy, planning, migration, and management. The Guide provides a non-exhaustive list of 12 service providers with the required expertise in OCI.
With the complexity and levels of change associated with the move to the Cloud, the guide identifies that organisations are turning to service providers for assistance in navigating the associated opportunities, risks, and threats. The critical areas that Gartner analysts have found to be the most important to consider when evaluating a service provider to work on an OCI project include; Oracle and OCI skills bench strength, SLAs and business outcomes, geographic coverage, track record, references, challenges, and management tools.
