Version 1 Recruitment Data Retention Policy
The information you submit to Version 1 will be used solely for the recruitment and selection process, which includes use by our third-party assessment providers where required. We will store your data in our Talent Pool (SmartRecruiters) while your application is under consideration, and for a period of 12 months afterwards, to best allow us to re-consider your application for other suitable roles.
At any point in time, you may update or correct your data by logging into your SmartRecruiters portal and clicking “Edit profile.” You can also withdraw your application or consent for us to hold your data by logging into your SmartRecruiters profile, then navigating to My SmartProfile > My Applications > “View Options” at the bottom of the page.
