The challenge for Version 1 is to support the critical Oracle infrastructure underlining ICG’s Passenger Booking System.

Solution

We provide 24x7 support and maintenance of high availability Oracle Real Application Clusters supporting ICG’s primary passenger booking engine, www.irishferries.com. The proactive monitoring and support service covers production RAC installations as well as a number of standby, development and test instances. We also provide expert consultancy across range of technologies including Oracle, Progress and SQL Server.

More recently our Business Intelligence practice has been working with ICG on optimising their operational and management reporting using the Oracle Business Intelligence (‘OBI EE’) platform.
