Customer Forum: Irish Public Sector Virtual Roundtable

Join us at 11:00 BST on 25th June for our Virtual Roundtable for Irish Public Sector customers.

Our country has been fundamentally changed by the crisis today. The Public Sector has had to manage unprecedented pressures with shifting priorities and demands across their organisations. This will lead to changes in public service models, citizen needs, the ways of managing and mobilising the public sector – underpinned more than ever by technology, with new opportunities for public sector ICT to contribute to society.Whatever comes next, the environment you will be operating in, will not be the one that was planned for at the start of 2020.

This roundtable session is intended to be thought-provoking. It will allow you to openly discuss with your peers the challenges you have faced and how you have or plan to overcome them. You will also gain support and guidance for the coming recovery as restrictions are lifted – and to understand the likely implications for the Irish public sector moving forward. We will facilitate the roundtable considering the phases highlighted below:

• Redirect to New Realities – the new normal – home working, serving the country in lockdown from lockdown
• Lifting the Lockdown – reopening the country with social distancing
• Accelerate from Recession – enabling the growth or applying the austerity
