Farsight Consulting is now officially part of Version 1

Version 1 acquired Farsight Consulting in May 2024, bringing together two organisations dedicated to delivering innovative, customer-centric AI and business transformation solutions.

Over the past year, our combined team of over 3,200 people have been working together to serve a diverse portfolio of nearly 700 customers.

Like Version 1, Farsight Consulting’s foundation was built on delivering creative solutions to solve complex customer problems and accelerating meaningful transformation for the benefit of users. Founded in 2010, Farsight developed a particularly strong reputation through working with UK public sector organisations such as the Department for Education, Education and Skills Funding Agency, Ministry of Justice and UK Export Finance. Their deep domain knowledge brings further value to our combined customer list.

Their specialist capabilities complement our existing Cloud and Digital services, ensuring that our customers receive the tailored solutions they need to achieve their business and operational goals. This acquisition marks another milestone in Version 1’s global growth journey and strengthens our position as a leader in cloud, digital and data services across the UK and Ireland.
