Singlepoint is now Version 1
As of August 3rd 2020, Singlepoint Solutions Ltd. will operate under the new name Version 1 Digital Ltd trading as Version 1. The change follows the acquisition of Singlepoint by Version 1 in May this year.
Dublin headquartered Digital Consulting firm Singlepoint was founded over 10 years ago establishing a strong market position in Ireland with longstanding customer relationships with blue-chip customers in the Financial, Insurance and Telco sectors.
The acquisition brings together a deep talent pool of passionate and highly skilled technologists and enhanced IP to provide market leading Digital & Cloud services to a diversified customer base in Ireland and the UK.
The Singlepoint team join Version 1’s Digital and Cloud Services Practice as part of the integration bringing additional scale and expertise to help customers exploit and accelerate their digital capabilities. Through Singlepoint’s award-winning Digital Acceleration Platform, DAPx, the team is at the forefront of accelerated digital transformation helping customers rapidly deliver digital solutions at scale.
The Singlepoint founders and executive management team – CEO Rob Curley, CTO Brian Seery, COO Johann Cardiff and Client Services Director William Waldron – have joined the Version 1 team focused on technology leadership in Digital and Cloud Services and the successful integration of the two companies.
