Version 1 Top 10 in Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards 2023!
The new year has only just started and we’re kicking things off with the news that Version 1 has ranked at number 10 in Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards for 2023!
This list is compiled annually and ranks the UK’s Top 50 Best Places to Work. Unlike many other employee awards, there is no application or nomination process. The winners are determined based on anonymous and voluntary feedback from their employees.
That’s what makes this award extra special, as it reflects the real reviews of our staff who form one side of the strategic triangle of people, customers and company which are the heart of the Version 1 difference.

Version 1 Growth Trajectory
2023 marks the 9th edition of the award in the UK, recognising the 50 best companies with 1,000 or more employees. It comes after a landmark year for us in the UK, including the acquisition of Evoco and Instinctive BI and continued growth in our offices in Edinburgh, London, Belfast and Newcastle.
In 2022, we are proud to say that we hired a massive 1,008 new colleagues around the world, bringing us to more than 2,600 employees in the UK, Ireland, India and Spain. We also have ambitious targets for the next five years, in partnership with Partners Group. This latest award joins our Great Place To Work® recognition which has been consistent for the last 11 years and saw us earn a massive 12 Great Place To Work® awards in 2022 alone!
