Shining a spotlight on Women at Version 1
At Version 1, we focus on making our workplace a more diverse and inclusive environment for all every day. Since launching our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Programme, one of Version 1’s key focuses have been to increase the number of women working here. As the tech industry tends to be male dominated, we wanted to shine a spotlight on our women and enable them to tell their stories of success and what inspired them to pursue a role in the IT sector.
