At this year’s Oracle Applications Day, Version 1 provided multiple sessions tailored for the Taleo community. Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet, Senior Oracle Director, presented this year’s Taleo Keynote at Applications Day 2020. Focusing on Taleo Enterprise Edition, Fabrice reaffirmed his belief that Taleo Enterprise Edition is the best standalone cloud service recruiting solution on the market and continues to be the right solution for many of Oracle’s customers.
Within his session, Fabrice highlighted key metrics for Taleo, with 1604 current Enterprise customers and 3545 TBE customers.

Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet
Fabrice de Carné Carnavalet is a Senior Director for the Talent Acquisition Solutions that Oracle offers in the Cloud. His team oversees the outbound product management activities for Taleo Business Edition, Taleo Enterprise Edition and the new Oracle Recruiting Cloud. A key part of this role is defining the market strategy and developing product related educational content for Oracle sales, presales, customer success managers, customers and partners.
Fabrice has more than 20 years of international experience in HRIS and SaaS, gained in large companies such as IBM, KPMG and CSC as well as start-ups such as Jobpartners (acquired by Taleo). Fabrice became a Senior Director, joining Oracle through the Taleo acquisition. Fabrice graduated from the Engineering School Arts & Métiers Paris Tech, one of the top 10 engineering school in France. Besides his native language, French, Fabrice speaks English and Spanish.

With this in mind Oracle have developed a Chatbot starter pack to enhance the candidate experience in the following three candidate scenarios: Search and apply for a job, Job Submission Status Inquiry and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s).
