We have marked a new milestone in our Version 1 history with the introduction of our 2000 team member! We have welcomed Fergal O’Shea, Senior Java Developer, who is based in our Belfast office.
Version 1 previously reached the 1000th milestone in March 2018 and since then has seen a significant growth rate, doubling the workforce in less than 3 years and establishing offices in 7 locations across Ireland and the UK, as well as Bengaluru and Malaga.
Reaching our 2000 team member milestone comes after an exciting and memorable year, following the acquisition of Neuada, and is a testament to Version 1’s commitment to continuous growth and evolution. And we are excited to see our global offering continue to expand as the market advances and our clients’ needs develop.

Version 1 is a leading IT consultancy and leader in Oracle, Red Hat, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services technologies. They provide complete end-to-end solutions in IT services with operations in Ireland, the UK, Spain, and India. Version 1 opened their Belfast office in 2011 with four staff, since then they have grown significantly and invested in the local tech and IT talent that can help their customers accelerate their digital transformation.
