Version 1 Named one of UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech 2020
Version 1 has ranked as the 6th Best Large Workplace in Tech in the UK 2020.
Version 1 is delighted to announce that we have been crowned a Great Place to Work in Tech 2020. This accolade tops off an exciting year for us; Version 1 was also listed for the fifth consecutive time as a ‘Best Workplace in Europe‘ recently too.
In order to assess what makes Version 1 a great workplace, 85% of the evaluation was based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full potential at Version 1, no matter who they are or what they do. Ensuring that our people bring their true selves to work every day is a clear focus in Version 1, where belonging plays a huge role in our people success and employee engagement strategies.
Great Place to Work analyses these experiences relative to each organisation’s size, workforce make up, and what’s typical relative to their peers in the industry. The remaining 15% of the rank is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced.
