Our Suggested Oracle HCM Cloud Agenda
Version 1’s CEO Tom O’Connor will kick off the event with a welcome and opening remarks before introducing your opening Keynote speaker, Chris Leone.
The world was turned upside down a few months ago, with the ripple effect of the pandemic impacting every country, every business and every person. To survive and get back to growth, businesses have to stay nimble, updating existing processes and creating new ones while keeping employees engaged and productive. Learn how Oracle is partnering with our HCM customers to successfully adapt and navigate the new world of constant change and disruption.
20D brings some changes that will impact a lot of customers. We’ll step through each of the Cloud HCM modules, showing the key changes and how they might impact your business. We’ll also look back at some of the optional items in 20A, 20B and 20C that we believe are worth deploying.
The ways communities and social learning can be used with Oracle Learn. The beauty of access groups.
Over the past several months, the pandemic has hit the world hard – impacting every industry, organization, and worker. Every business around the world is now faced with making new, important decisions to stay resilient during this challenging time. For HR, this means supporting a more mobile, global, and remote workforce than you may have ever needed to before. Employees and leaders are looking to HR to lead the way and support their organizations through massive amounts of change. You are helping guide the critical workforce decisions that are happening in response to crisis. You need to quickly adapt to regulatory changes, ensure health and safety for your workforce and workplace, while answering all of the questions your employees have.
In this session we will share how you can react quickly and make intelligent predictions that will sustain your business. How cloud technology will help you adapt and create operational efficiencies to be in a strong position post-economic recovery. It all starts with having flexible solutions and processes in place and real-time insights to guide these critical workforce decisions.
As the refresh cycle of Cloud Applications such as Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Cloud HCM/SCM moves to quarterly updates, it is important that this update approach is absorbed into the run and operate fabric of the organisation as seamlessly as possible. This means that every quarter each organisation needs to perform resource consuming regression testing on their implementation to ensure nothing has broken due to the changes within the quarterly update. The requirement to undertake expensive, resource intensive, manual regression testing every 12 weeks means that highly skilled employees are not performing their business-as-usual value add roles. This can prove to be a costly overhead that most businesses would like to reduce or remove.
Since the testing performed every quarter utilises the same set of manual test scripts, an automated suite of tests could be developed to optimise the execution of this suite and executed on a quarterly basis. These automated test scripts can be modified as needed if the business need changes. Version 1 aims to solve this problem with the Maximise: Automated Testing solution, which can be developed to automate tests on Oracle Fusion Cloud and more.
In this session, we explore how your organisations Recruiters can get instant access to candidates LinkedIn profile information for a more robust pool of candidates— without leaving their Oracle Cloud Solution (Taleo or HCM Cloud). We also see how integrations between these Oracle Cloud Systems and LinkedIn allows candidates to import their entire LinkedIn profile with the click of a button rather than manually filling out application fields or cutting and pasting from resumes or profiles.
Join us to find out more about the benefits of this integration as well as our top 5 tips for ensuring a smooth implementation.
